About the Intuitive Eating Course
This self-study course follows a customized intuitive eating method from my work as a holistic health coach supporting clients to heal their relationship with food and their bodies. I have recovered from emotional eating and binge eating myself - I will share what worked for me.

Body insecurities as a child + early 2000's Diet Fads. I was awkward, chubby, and made fun of often. So I tried the 1,000 calorie/ day diets, restricting carbs, and other ridiculous dieting methods.
Restricting and putting my body last. I spent 2 years as a strict vegan for moral reasons. It was a tough choice to quit, but I had to learn to be intuitive and put my body first when my digestive issues and disordered eating started.
Over 10 years of digestive issues. This led to bloat, food sensitivities, body image insecurities, starving myself, binging, and emotional eating.
Stress eating for most of my early 20s. Because I overworked myself and forgot about self-care.

Are there any scholarships available if I can’t afford the course?
Currently there are no scholarships available. Please refer to the basic option to save money on the course. You may also try a free resource, my Free Intuitive Eating Challenge here.
How long do I have access to the course material?
You have access to the content for 3 months. One new module with be introduced per week for 8 weeks. You have about 4 more weeks to catchup on the content with full access to all modules.
How long are the modules?
Should I have any knowledge of intuitive eating prior to the course?
Not at all! The course works through the intuitive eating principles, mindful eating exercises, body love techniques, and more. You don’t have to be familiar with any of this to get started. However, you’ll be all set to live and preach this method when you’re done.
I’m struggling with an eating disorder. Can I take this course?
This course is designed to help people with a history of chronic dieting, disordered eating, restrictive eating, emotional eating, and binge eating to learn sustainable tools necessary to make peace with food and cultivate body acceptance. It’s not meant for anyone with an active eating disorders or those in early stages of recovery. Please wait to purchase this course until you’re a few months into recovery and working with experienced eating disorder clinicians. Ask your treatment team whether the course is appropriate for you.
Will intuitive eating help me lose weight?
This is not a weight-loss method. However, some people may naturally lose weight because they start to honor their fullness and let go of restricting and deprivation.
I’m already familiar with intuitive eating. Will this course provide new material for me?
