Hi! I'm Jennifer, an Intuitive Eating Coach and Yoga Teacher.
I spent my childhood suffering from body insecurities and diet fads. I restricted carbs, I limited my calories, I held my body to higher standard than it could attain.
This led to binging and emotional eating, and overwhelming frustration with myself.
I was never going to live up to my expectations for myself, or ever be successful because diets simply don’t work.
Starving and restricting your body is not the solution. Neither is free binging. Or ending the day stressed out with a tub of Ben & Jerries in hand.
I learned how to gain back my connection to myself and change my mindset around food and through Intuitive Eating.
I studied holistic nutrition, yoga philosophy, and successfully tested my techniques on over 40+ women struggling with their food and body relationships.
Then, I created the Intuitive Eating Method to inspire people just like you to make peace with food and your body!
