What is Intuitive Eating?
Intuitive Eating is a process of honoring your hunger, fullness, and satisfaction with food in order to ditch the diet, get off this rollercoaster of body critique, and start listening to what your body truly needs!
There is a method I use to approach intuitive eating best practices:
I teach you how to stop binge eating, how to stop emotional eating, and how to start to listen to signals from your body!
This is done through mindful eating exercises, eliminating guilty cravings by deeming foods as neutral, exploring meditation, journaling and guided reflection sessions, and using many of the Intuitive Eating Principles according to Elyse Resch and Evelyn Tribole who wrote the first book on Intuitive Eating.

Through Jen’s coaching program, the biggest intangible change that I have seen for myself is a greater sense of self awareness. I believe that I become more content with myself quicker because I am able to pinpoint my emotions and what I am feeling. She provided me the space that I needed to discuss my obstacles and challenges, while also showing me tools that would help me successfully face any of those challenges head-on.
I really enjoyed the coaching process with Jen and I am enjoying significant improvements daily. I think her gentle yet assertive way of approaching self-growth is wonderful. She helped me recognize both my strengths and weak links in achieving my goals, thinking of new ways of addressing challenging situations, highlighting places where I am being too stiff towards myself, and reminding me to enjoy the process more.
Jen provided valuable resources, helped me to reflect on my beliefs and patterns, gave me emotional support (her meditations are wonderful!) and had a patient, loving ear for all the chaos I was going through. She was that one friend I needed during these confusing times - the one who reminded me that ultimately, my power lies in my own hand if I choose to take ownership and to trust the process while doing so, even if it meant to invite uncertainty to my life. I couldn't have wished for anyone else to help me initiate all these processes.
