Mindful & Intuitive Eating Workshop Series

Mindful and intuitive eating is about honoring your unique individual feelings and needs. Then, treating food as both a source of pleasure and the medicine that CAN keep you vital and vibrant.  
 

This is a 2-part workshop series focused on mindful and intuitive eating to create your most aligned future food mindset. 

 
Here’s the format of my workshop:

  • Part 1: Mindful & Intuitive Eating Fundamentals

  • Part 2: Nutrition Essentials & Your Future Mindset

  • Attendance to both not required, but highly recommended

  • Limit of 15 spots per session. Register and pay in advance.

  • Cost of 170 nis for both or 100 nis for one.

  • Location: IKIGAI tlv Studio (Sheinkin St 38, Tel Aviv)

PART 1: MINDFUL & INTUITIVE EATING FUNDAMENTALS

PART 2: NUTRITION ESSENTIALS & YOUR FUTURE MINDSET

As a certified holistic health coach and highly trained yoga teacher, I want to share some valuable tools, resources, and philosophies with you that I’ve learned and I’ve experienced myself.

I only teach, share, and recommend what I know to be true for me. You can expect the most mindfully curated events because of this.

My name is Jennifer and I am a certified holistic health coach and yoga teacher in Tel Aviv.

 

I work with my clients in 1:1 and group transformational programs to achieve their health and lifestyle visions through eliminating self-criticism, stress and anxiety, body shame, and unhealthy habits in order to feel their absolute best and gain their personal power back. 

 

I also host wellness events and teach yoga classes.

I recently joined Jen’s workshop on finding alignment. I realized during it that for a long time I was not living in the moment and never really enjoyed the process of things.
